Corporate Restructure
Dec 31, 2008With effect from 1st January 2009 there will be some changes made to the structure of the CEGA group of companies.
The trading activities currently carried out by Cega Aviation Limited will be transferred to a newly formed company CEGA Air Ambulance UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary.
In order to better reflect the wide range of services offered by CEGA Air Ambulance Limited, its name will be changed to CEGA Group Services Limited from 1st January 2009. This is merely a name change and all other statutory details remain unchanged.
At the same time, Cega Aviation Limited will change its name to CEGA Holdings Limited and will have CEGA Air Ambulance UK Limited and CEGA Group Services Limited as its subsidiaries.
